Spectrographic Analysis:

Ensure proper metallurgy content of all raw materials.

Proof Load Testing:

All safety harness connecting components are 100% proof loaded to 3600 lbs / 16 kN.

Ultimate Breaking Load Test:

Connecting and adjusting components are batch tested for ultimate breaking strength.
